RL PARTNERS is not a Notified Body, accredited testing laboratory, importer, authorized representative or law firm. We do not issue CE marking, test reports or legal opinions.

Any compliance-related work delivered by RL PARTNERS is intended only as a commercial readiness review — to flag obvious gaps that could block sales conversations with European distributors, system integrators or buyers.

Final technical validation, physical laboratory testing, CE marking, EU Declarations of Conformity and any formal regulatory submissions must be delivered by accredited laboratories, Notified Bodies, or qualified legal counsel of your choice. RL PARTNERS can refer clients to appropriate providers when relevant.

Under the EU Blue Guide and all applicable European product harmonisation legislation, the ultimate legal responsibility for product compliance always rests entirely with the legal Manufacturer (or its authorized representative or importer where applicable).

• The Manufacturer remains solely responsible for production conformity, affixing the CE marking and signing the EU Declaration of Conformity.
• Any reliance on commercial recommendations, target lists or readiness notes provided by RL PARTNERS is at the client's own commercial risk.

RL PARTNERS handles sensitive commercial information including product catalogues, pricing, distribution strategies and target account lists. We commit to strict confidentiality.

Methodologies, templates, outreach frameworks and target-list structures produced by RL PARTNERS remain the intellectual property of RL PARTNERS and may not be reproduced or redistributed to third parties without prior written consent.
